"It is good to know that students can be touched by the lives of other children from a different time and place, and can understand the magnitude of the sacrifice people made in order to save children.

It would be wonderful if enough children became aware of the fact that what happens during times of persecution affects real human beings who are like them, and will stand up and say, 'never again.'"
